Parking
Free parking on site beside the deck. The lane up from Knockbarragh Road is narrow with passing places — take it slowly, especially after dark.
What to bring
- Swimwear — it's a mixed, shared space
- A towel (or hire one on arrival)
- Flip flops or sliders for the walk between sauna and plunge
- A water bottle — the heat is dry and long
- Nothing else. Robes, changing space and cold plunge are all here

Is there parking?
Yes — free parking on site, right beside the sauna deck. The lane up from Knockbarragh Road is narrow, so take it slowly.
How early should I arrive?
Ten minutes before your slot is plenty. That gives you time to change and get a quick run-through of the sauna and plunge.
