About 15 minutes by car. Take the A2 towards Warrenpoint, follow the coast road to Rostrevor, then up Lower Knockbarragh Road to Rostrevor Mountain Lodge. Parking at the cabins is free.
How much does a sauna session cost?
Shared sessions start at £18 per person for 60 minutes, including the wood-fired sauna, hot tubs and the natural spring plunge pool.
What should I bring?
Swimwear, a towel and flip-flops. There's changing space, hot water and somewhere dry to leave your things on site.
Can I book for a group from Newry?

Do I need any sauna experience?
